Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products may be returned within 7 days from the delivery date if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
  • Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

Return Process:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the issue (if applicable).

  5. Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you of the approval.

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was delivered defective.
  • Refunds exclude a restocking fee (if applicable, 10% of product value).

Exclusions:

  • Non-returnable items include personalized products or those opened beyond initial inspection.
  • Refunds are not available for change of mind unless specified during a promotional offer.
